LIUPCP facilitates transformational change

For transformational change to take place in the lives of the urban poor, we need to focus on pathways that release people from the ‘poverty trap’. Livelihoods Improvement of Urban Poor Communities Project has enabled that transformational change in the lives of many urban poor in Noakhali, according to Md.
