LIUPCP Impact Evaluation Steering Committee meets
Steering Committee for Impact Evaluation of Livelihoods Improvement of Urban Poor Communities Project (LIUPCP) organized at UNDP to discuss the Impact Evaluation Methodology as well as the key findings of the First Phase of the Baseline Survey. In joint partnership with Human development Research Centre (HDRC), a national research organization and ISS-EUR of the Netherlands, the first phase of the baseline survey across 7 cities has been carried out with the second phase currently underway. Professor Abul Barkat, Chief Advisor of the HDRC presented the key findings at the meeting. Chaired by Abdul Mannan, National Project Director of LIUPCP, the meeting provided insightful data on key indicators on inclusive services for urban poor.
